Summer cottage pie

Lorraine TV show presented this week SUMMER COTTAGE PIE with meat. I wanted to have a go with a cruelty-free version.

Recipe:

Add some cold water to the soya mince and let it adsorb it. 

In a sauce pan start cooking carrots, onion, celery with a garlic clove. 

After few minutes add the soya mince with red kidney beans and half can of tomato puree.

Add salt and spices.

End adding the courgettes and let them cook for few minutes.

Boil some potatoes and make some puree mashing them. Add salt, pepper and shape into balls. Spread some soya bran on top and place under the grill.

Serve with some baby spinach.
